Product & License Questions

Q: What file formats do your products come in?

A: All clipart and stamps come in high quality JPG & PNG.  Digital paper is offered as JPG only and are 8x8 in size.  Printables usually come in PDF & JPG for easy printing. All files are packaged together in a zip file.

Q: What kind of quality are your products?

A: All artwork is created in CorelDRAW and exported as high quality 300dpi setting.  This allows you to re-size for your printing needs without the loss of quality.  We do recommend if you plan on enlarging our artwork more than 8x10 size you use the eps file so you ensure the highest quality.

Q: What is the difference between png and JPG file type?

A:  JPG & PNG are raster files which means if they are enlarged too much from their orgional size they will start to lose quality.  PNG files will have a transparent background which will work out great if you need to layer our graphics for your projects.

Q: What size do your files typically come in?

A: Our clipart and stamps are usually saved between 4-6 inches.  Digital papers are 8x8 inches.  Printables will vary depending on what kind of art it is, project description will usually tell you the size.
